Our Strategic planning committee is the primary effort of the guild to set the future direction and growth of the Guild. But you are the lifeblood of our work!

You will spend 2 hours sharing your perceptions in the following areas:

• How can we attract new members?
• What do current members think the guild should be doing?
• What are the obstacles to those outcomes as perceived by the members?
• How can we fulfill our mission of sharing the art of quilting in the central Texas area?

You views will be used to help inform a strategic plan for the Guild and contribute to the growth of the Guild.
