Current Committee Members - please email showchair@aaqg.org by the week prior to the meeting, if you want to be placed on the agenda. if you need information from a previous show, let Marie know and she will forward that report from the previous show.
We will also ask you at the meeting if you want to share information.
We need volunteers to coordinate the following quilt show areas:

Grants
Submits applications on the guild’s behalf for grants to support the show
Merchandise
Selects show-branded merchandise, arranges vendor(s) for online sales,
and oversees merchandise sales during the show.

From How and when to enter a quilt to how to volunteer for a position that suits your time and availability and everything in between. Join us and lest make Quiltfest 2026 the BEST ever!

It's a wrap party for our 2026 Program Year!
Every great quilt deserves a great binding, and so does our guild year. Join us for our June meeting for team games, mystery challenges, fabulous prizes, and more fun than a well-stocked quilt shop on sale day. Details are classified, just know that comfortable shoes are strongly encouraged. Bring a snack to share, water provided. Come ready to laugh, compete (friendly of course), and celebrate everything we've sewn together this year. It's our grand finale and we're binding off in style.
