Thread Painting
Thread Painting is many things…creating a picture, adding details, dimension, and/or depth to an applique, making fur on an animal, or just adding little details to make your creation come alive. You will learn loads of techniques in this class, and you'll learn all about stabilizers. You'll create different items using the stabilizers. This is a fabulous technique to add to your skills! You’ll be surprised how fun and forgiving Thread Painting is!!! Let yourself be warned…this is addictingly fun!!!!
You MUST be some what comfortable with free motion quilting on your domestic machine.
(You can be a beginning free motion quilter who has taken a class and played some with it. You DON'T have to be an expert!)

Description: Learn about a variety of tools right at our fingertips to help plan pleasing palettes for future quilts. Emma will demonstrate how to use these tools to build confidence using color and fabrics starting from your stash for beautiful and unique color combinations. She will show quilts to illustrate points, and invite guild members to showcase their own quilts as well.
