  Join us for a bus trip to the 2026 Houston International Quilt Festival on Saturday, November 14th.  We will travel in a 56-passenger bus with PA system, electric outlets, Wi-Fi and restroom on board. We will also have a sturdy step with a handle for secure boarding and de-boarding.  We will depart from the east side of The Village, 2700 West Anderson Lane, in the parking lot near the Magellan International School and behind Office Depot.

  The bus will leave promptly at 7:00 AM and return at approximately 10:30 PM.  Detailed itinerary below:
  

  • 7:00 am Bus departs from 2700 W. Anderson Ln., Austin, TX 78757  
  • Brief stop at Buc-ees in Katy
  • 10:15 am Bus arrives Quilt Show
  • 5:30 pm Bus departs Quilt Show
  • Dinner stop at Luby's, Northwest Houston 
  • 8:00 pm Bus departs Luby's for Austin
  • 10:30 pm Bus returns to 2700 W. Anderson Ln., Austin, TX 78757

  Cost of the trip is $90.00 for guild members and $115 for non-members.  Registration fee includes bus fare, quilt show ticket, show program, cold bottled water, LuAnn Platter with bread item and drink, homemade cookies & other sustenance, and all gratuities. We are also planning some fun door prizes for the trip!
