Bylaws Update Meeting

There are several bylaws that need to be updated because of the guild move to the cloud. 

We have been keeping a list of probable updates this fall. We also need to consider and discuss a dues increase.

For any of the updates to be approved by the memberships, they must be published in the February quips and voted on at the corporate meeting in March.  So meeting as a group in January is very important.
