November Executive Board Meeting

The AAQG Executive Board meeting is a mandatory meeting for all members of the Executive Board. Committe Chairs and Committe members are welcome to attend.  

Any member of the Guild is welcome to attend.  

Can't attend?
Please take the following steps to make sure we have a quorum.  

1) ask a board member to serve as your proxy, and,

2) email president@aaqg.org and recording@aaqg.org to let us know you will be absent and to inform us who will serve as your proxy.  

Have an item(s) to add to the Board Agenda?

Click on this LINK to add items to the Agenda.  If you don't place it on the agenda, it won't be discussed.   

Click on the link to upload any document you will refer to the correctly dated Board Folder.

The Board won't discuss any document that is not uploaded.  Please, if documents are not uploaded, full documentation of our meetings won't be available.
