2026 Quilt Show Committee Meeting

Current Committee Members by Oct. 13, please email showchair@aaqg.org to let us know if you want to be placed on the agenda. We will still ask you at the meeting if you want to share information.
We still need some wonderful volunteers to coordinate the following areas of the quilt show:
Show Area
Coordinator Position Description:
Demonstrations
Solicits and schedules volunteer guild members to demonstrate
quilting techniques during the show
Grants
Submits applications on the guild’s behalf for grants to support the show
Merchandise
Selects show-branded merchandise, arranges vendor(s) for online sales,
and oversees merchandise sales during the show.
Opening Night
Plans, prepares for, and facilitates the opening night event
Quilt Check-In/
Check-out
Develops the check-in and check-out processes for the quilts entered in the show.
Trains and supervises the volunteers who take in quilts prior to the show and
return quilts to their owners after the show closes.
