This is a three night retreat for a maximum of 28 people at the Red Boot Retreat Facility in Hillsboro, Texas that begins on Thursday, July 18, 2024 and ends on Sunday, July 21, 2024.
Check in time is 12 pm on Thursday; Check out is Sunday. We must be out of the bedrooms by 10am and bathrooms and the workspace are available until final check out at Noon. The cost per AAQG attendee is $320. The cost for non AAQG member is $355.
This is a beautiful single level facility located in a quiet country setting on a dead end road. The retreat center is 7,600 sq feet featuring 12 bedrooms (each sleeping 3 or 4 on twin beds with linens and a pillow) and 8 bathrooms. There is an ADA accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower. The large common area has LED lighting, design walls, comfortable rollng chairs, plenty of table space with surge protectors and electrical outlets, 3 ironing stations and 4 cutting stations.
The retreat includes 8 meals beginning with dinner Thursday evening. There is a continental breaksfast as well as lunch and dinner served on Friday and Saturday and Brunch at 9am Sunday morning. The retreat center serves a variety of foods includng fresh fruit, salads, and vegetables. If you are on a special diet, you will need to bring your own food to supplement what is served. There is a guest refrigerator, microwave, small oven, Bunn coffee maker and Folgers coffee, Keurig, tea, hot chocolate, 1/2+1/2, sugar, Sweet and Low, and ice available in the workroom 24/7. Keurig pods are NOT furnished.

Cancellation Policy: If the event does not reach a minimum number of 21 registered participants by May 14th, 2024 the event will be cancelled and all retreat fees will be refunded. Members may cancel their registration prior to May 14th for a full refund.
