In this in-formal lecture, Nancy will share quilts from the 1930s and quilts she's made using 30s reproduction fabrics. Nancy loves using traditional patterns and adding a new twist. She has a vast collection of quilt patterns, clipped from newspaper during the 1930s, and you'll see how she has created quilts from these patterns. Nancy has designed seven 1930s reproduction fabric lines and authored ten books; including three books of 30s quilt patterns. After the lecture, the audience is encouraged to examine the quilts close-up and chat with her about the quilt designs.
