For the Love of Linen with Cindy Needham

6:45 pm Show and Tell, 7:00 pm meeting

http://www.cindyneedham.com/

I have been a quilter for 45+ years with the first 25 devoted to my first love of hand quilting and the last to my passion of machine quilting.  I first fell in love with quilts while my family was stationed in the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina and Virginia and it has been a complete obsession since then!

Holiday Party –December 7

Meeting As is traditional, at the December 7 guild evening meeting we will have holiday goodies to enjoy. The Hospitality team will supply drinks and supplies, leaving the munchies up to you. What is your favorite family treat? How about something you have been meaning to try but haven’t found the perfect occasion for? Maybe you’ve started a new diet—gluten-free or some other specialty—and would like to introduce others to it. It doesn’t have to be sweet either—maybe veggies and dip? All of these are welcome. Let’s keep it simple and limit it to finger food though.

There’s no need to reply to this message with what you are bringing or if you are planning on helping out behind the scenes. (By the way, we always can use help setting up!) You may contact me by email aepier18@hotmail.com or reach me on my cell at 512-413-8251.

If you can, please come a bit early with your food so we have time to get everything artfully displayed and folks have plenty of time to pick up food before the meeting begins.

Thanks, y’all! Ann Pierce Marilyn Roskey Harriet Turner
